More and more throughout the web industry IE6 appears to be on way out.

Thankfully this will save web developers a huge amount of time not having to cater for an extremely out of date insecure browser.
In recent months sites such as You Tube have annouced that they are no longer supporting IE6. Hopefully this will encourage users to upgrade their web browser.
If you wish to educate users to your site that they would be better off upgrading their browser add the code from ie6nomore.com to your site.

With plenty of great browsers available for download there is no reason to not grab a new browser. Not only will this provide a secure environment for web browsing but will offer users time saving and inovative changes like Tab browsing that have been developed since the release of IE6 all those years ago.

Why not download a browser right now and do yourself a favour and rid yourself of IE6.

Firefox
Safari
Google Chrome
Opera
Internet Explorer 8
